I have been regularly using biospot with no problem on my dog for 2 yrs! It was much less on line and a friend suggested I purchase on amazon. I recieved the product, used as directed and 2 days later my dog and home as well as my inside cats are infested. Called Entirely pets toexplain that I had called biospot and found out the product shipped is from 2006- thats right 6 YEARS OLD. The Entirely pets rep said they will NOT refund my money because the package is open, and thats why they recommend Frontline. Are you kidding me! Why are you selling a product you don't recommend in the first place, and how do I know how old it is if the date isn't on the box?! Bio Spot advised that although there is no expiration, it should be used within 3 yrs & has to be stored properly or it is NO GOOD!!.Bio spot recommends buying from a reliable source. The newest product with the applicator is more than useless. In using it I got the liquid on my pants, and the rest of the excessive liquid went directly onto my dog's hair, not onto her skin. I'll never buy this again. I'm glad I got only a 3 month supply.
