I never thought about what really happens when cats get their nails removed but when I decided to get a Kitty for my son I had to know what it really. I found the procedure to be very inhuman and unnecessary so I decided to just clip them every few weeks and keep them dull. I was shopping online for some kitty toys and furniture and ran into these and thought it was weird but after thinking about it I thought it was worth a try. I got them today and applied them while my son was asleep (he is 17 months old) and in the middle he woke up and Marley (my cat) got up to play so I tried to get them on while he was squirming around and after a few hours of playing a few of them fall off so I did it again and they have stayed on so far. I will update in a few day on whether they stay on or not but my recommendations are to do them while your cat is comfortable and happy, not squirmy. It is much easier and quicker.
